Effective January 1, 2013, ST Messaging Services, LLC (STM) will merge into American Messaging Services, LLC (AMS). In April of 2011, we announced that STM became a wholly owned subsidiary of AMS, the second largest wireless messaging company in the United States. This announced merger will allow AMS to further streamline its processes in order to provide a unified platform supporting the STM and AMS customers.
